Preparing the Next Generation for a Regenerative Economy

At HI PAWA, we believe building resilient communities means investing in people as much as technology.

HI PAWA Academy is being developed to offer educational pathways and entrepreneurship training that connect:

  • Indigenous values and stewardship

  • Climate resilience and sustainability

  • Hands-on skills in energy, water, telecom, housing, and agriculture

Our programs will be designed to grow with students from K-12 through college, trades, and entrepreneurship tracks.

Program Development Focus

We are currently collaborating with industry experts, local schools and colleges, labor unions, and Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander leaders to build programs that will include:

  • Workforce development aligned with clean energy and infrastructure needs

  • Entrepreneurship and business ownership pathways

  • Climate and cultural literacy embedded across all training

Our goal is to create stackable credentials and real job pipelines that serve the unique needs of Hawai‘i and Pacific communities.
